What do I get by joining the mailing list?
Join our mailing list to receive your free goodies! By joining the mailing list, you are entitled to receive a special goody pack (announced to you via email), e-newsletters and all VIP benefits as updated from time to time in Kido-accessories website.

Your participation in mailing list is different from creating your account in the shopping cart. In order to make a purchase from Kido-accessories, you have to create an account in the shopping cart and fill in important details such as mailing address, contact, etc, unlike mailing list.

How do I place an order?
You have to set up an account in our shopping cart before you can place order. Placing an order with kido-accessories.com is safe and simple. You select the items that you wish to order through our shopping cart and click on the Add > to cart button. To add on new items, simply click Continue shopping. Once you have finished your shopping, please proceed to Checkout. The total amount will be shown based on your order. You will be asked to create an account with Kido-accessories as a new customer. If you are a returning customer, simply key in your email address and password

How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders except for pre-order category will reach you in 5 days upon receipt of your payment. Please note that during busy period, your order may be slightly delayed, but rest assured that we will always keep you informed.

For items that fall pre-order category, please allow 10-15 days for the shipment to reach you upon receipt of your payment.

Postage will be paid by buyer and the exact postal charges will be advised via email / SMS. Please take note that normal postage mails cannot be tracked. In the event of lost mail, it cannot be claimed or refunded.

Registered postage mails require an additional cost of from $2.50 onwards. (exact postal charges will be advised via email / SMS.)

Registered mail will ensure the delivery of your purchases as a unique article number will be given by Singpost for tracking purposes. You can log on to www.singpost.com.sg to track for your registered mail. In the event if your registered mail is lost, your mail can be traced. Please take note that kido-accessories will not be liable for any damage to of your items during the delivery process as it is fully handled by Singpost.

Please indicate in your order if you prefer self collection (no charges involved). Self collection is only available at Tiong Bahru, Ang Mo Kio or Bishan MRT station.

Refund Policy
We ensure that all products sold are genuine and in good condition (no defects). All items sold are not refundable however exchanging of items is allowed within 3 days upon receipt of item. In the event of an exchange, all postage charges have to be absorbed by the buyer.

The colors shown in kido-accessories.com represent true product color as accurately as possible. However due to color reproduction on computer monitor, physical product color may vary.

Please be assured that the information collected is protected from public access and we do not rent or sell any of the information to third parties. The information collected will be used to enhance our products and services so as to improve our quality and communication with our valued customers.

Wholesales Enquiries
Kido-accessories does wholesales for bags, shoes and other products as well. Shipment fee will be borne by the buyer.

Please write in to us for a quotation on the wholesales rates. Minimum order is 30 for bags and 36 for shoes (due to many sizes). For jeweleries, minimum order is SDG$100.
